First Child: $175 ($85 Registration + $50 Buyout/Lottery Calendars + $40 Refundable Volunteer Fee)
Second Child: $100 ($50 Registration +$50 Buyout/Lotter Calendars)
Third Child+: $35 ($35 Registration only)
